The Dace Brothers - Constante, Eddie, & Teresso


Born in the Philippines, the three Dace Brothers were raised on the family farm and since they were children, worked the land growing food and vegetables. The brothers also worked as lumbermen on a nearby tobacco farm and in their own businesses: Constante worked as an accountant and restaurant owner, Tereso as a veterinarian and Eddie as heavy equipment operator. All have worked overseas and have lived in Japan, Saudi Arabia and Hawaii.

In 2003 the Dace brothers and their families moved to Hawaii and began working at Dole Food Company Hawaii with Mike Conway clearing, restoring and rehabilitating the Waialua Estate coffee and cacao fields. The brothers are involved in all phases of the operation from planting, growing, irrigating, pruning, weeding, harvesting, milling, processing and drying of the coffee and cacao.
